Terms of Use
Last updated: April 30, 2026
Welcome to Grabify ("the App"). By installing or using the App you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
1. What Grabify does
Grabify lets you save publicly-available Facebook videos to your iOS device for personal, offline viewing. The App fetches publicly accessible video metadata, downloads the file, and stores it locally in your photo library or file system.
2. Acceptable use
- You must own the content you save, or have explicit permission from the author.
- You must not redistribute, re-upload, monetize, or republish content saved through Grabify without the rights holder's permission.
- You must not use the App to download content you do not have a legal right to access.
- You must comply with all applicable copyright laws and the source platform's Terms of Service (Facebook).
3. Not affiliated with Meta
Grabify is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Instagram, or any of their subsidiaries. "Facebook" is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.
4. Service availability
The App relies on a backend service to extract video information. Facebook may change their platform at any time, which can cause downloads to fail temporarily. We make no guarantee of uninterrupted service.
5. No warranty
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Grabify or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
